PLEASE NOTE: ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST NOW REGISTER THROUGH FCPS. PLEASE CHOOSE LEVEL 2 FOR ALL VOLUNTEER ROLES, AND LEVEL 3 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN CHAPERONING FIELD TRIPS.

Tips for Volunteer FCPS:

• Start this process early-it takes time

• You may not receive an email stating that you may proceed with your volunteer registration. Check your dashboard frequently. 

• For Level 3, you will need to make an appointment for fingerprinting. Click on the link that takes you to Gatehouse’s appointment calendar. Same day appointments are usually available. 

• For Level 3, you will need to bring one form of  ID. This can include: a valid driver’s license, government ID with photo, school ID with photo. See website for complete list.
