About the KG PTA

This website represents the moms, dads, grandparents, teachers, aunts and uncles who collectively, make up the Kent Gardens Elementary PTA. Each member has one or more children attending Kent Gardens Elementary School and for that reason alone, has chosen to support this parent/teacher association through dues and volunteer time. The Kent Gardens PTA is proud to serve our community and educators, in whose care we place our greatest and most priceless assets of all, our children.

The PTA is a bridge between our elementary schools and our families.  Its mission is to help our children by helping our schools in a myriad of ways, from funding playgrounds and technology to working with staff and administration on curriculum issues and other aspects of student life.

You’re invited …

to join the PTA, contact PTA Officers, attend meetings and join committees. The PTA executive board welcomes the ideas and input of all parents, whose participation is vital to its mission of serving our children and teachers through our schools.

Monthly Meetings

The PTA will meet on a near-monthly basis throughout the year. Meetings are typically held on Friday mornings in the Kent Gardens Cafeteria. Please check the school calendar for link and date.  Committees meet as necessary throughout the year.
