Kent Gardens will again compete in the Virginia Science Olympiad (VASO). Kick off meeting to be announced.

Division A is a fun introduction to STEM for 3rd – 4th graders. The Division A tournaments also introduce the younger students to the types of events at the Division BC tournaments (Middle School).

Division A holds multiple half-day tournaments in northern Virginia.

Kent Gardens will attend one of the following tournaments:
Woodson HS, March 6
Lake Braddock, April 3

Parent Coordinator: We need at least 2 Parent Coordinators who schedule bi-monthly event progress meetings and provide information on the rules, date, logistics for the eventual regional tournament that takes place in February. Parent Mentor: Each event has a parent who mentors each student pair of participants.
